Computer/laptop/tablet
Windows
Find and open the downloaded image (By default, it will open in Photos).
Right-click or tap-and-hold it to choose either Set as > Set as background. You could also choose Set as lock screen so that it is shown when the PC is locked.
macOS
Right-click the file on your Mac and choose Set Desktop Picture.
Linux
Right-click the file on your computer and pick the Set as Wallpaper option from the menu
Tablets (iOS or Android)
Once the file is downloaded, open the Photos app to view it.
With the image now open, hit the More button (3 vertical dots) to select Set as, or Use as, and then choose Lock Screen or Home Screen.
Mobile
iOS or Android mobiles
